Holds a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Leadership and Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology, and an Associate degree in Christian Education. Her academic background equips her with a strong understanding of human behavior, organizational leadership, and systems development.

Mary brings extensive leadership experience from her service in the U.S. military, where she guided and supported individuals through high-responsibility and high-stress environments. Her work has consistently focused on accountability, resilience, and structured growth principles that shape the foundation of Battle Sister Crusade. She is currently pursuing foster care licensure to support teenage girls, further grounding the organization’s mission in responsibility, stability, and care.

Throughout her career, she held leadership roles requiring operational oversight, personnel management, and strategic decision-making in complex environments. As Vice President, she contributes to fiduciary oversight, policy development, and strategic planning to ensure responsible stewardship and sustainable growth.

Serves as the President of a newspaper and radio media company with deep roots and extensive connections throughout the Huntsville community. She brings decades of experience in communications, public engagement, and community storytelling. Her role on the board supports Battle Sister Crusade’s visibility, strategic messaging, and community partnerships. She also provides guidance on ethical communication, public trust, and outreach strategies that strengthen the organization’s relationship with stakeholders and collaborators.

Her work centers on community health access, client advocacy, and ethical service delivery within established referral systems. She bring critical frontline insight into the needs of women navigating instability, as well as professional expertise in case coordination, community resources, and compliance. Her perspective strengthens Battle Sister Crusade’s program development and ensures alignment with best practices in social services.
